they introduced into the market. The settlement they reached to extracate themselves from Pino's scam provided the TOTAL counterfeit share numbers sold into the market place that Megas et al THAN offered up to the DTCC.
This should have been ALL the shares needed to rectify their wrong doing, correct?Number of shares in the settlement = number of counterfeit shares put into the market...simple really, end of story.
But it wasn't...the DTC LENT 5, 6,...10 times that number out to brokers that wanted shares; and Megas is not going to cover them. He's "recognized" them only.
Soooo...do you think the DTCC will throw the brokers/MMs under the bus? I do.
