with Legal Verification of the CC 'answers' to be
provided by Full Public Documentation in an Official PR ,
ASAP [within 1 week] , as Required by the U.S. SEC.

Here goes :

1] What EXACTLY is owned by All wnbd commoners , combined ?

2] What % of wnbd votes + assets is owned by the Preferreds ?

3] What EXACTLY is owned by "The wnbd GROUP" ?

4] What % of every retail sales $ gets to the small part of
wnbd , that is shared by all wnbd common shareholders ?

5] How close is wnbd to getting out of "Phase #1" of its
'Business Plan' , after 3+ years , so far ; Including more
than 1 year of saturating Canada , via CT + WM + HD ?

6] How long until 'the middle of Phase #4' ; when wnbd is
supposed to quit losing money , according to the '6 Phase'
'Business Plan' , long-presented on the wnbd website ?

7] What are the terms of the 'deals' + discounts that are
provided to the current 504 investors ?

8] And , the previous 2+ years of 504's [ + CD's + loans ? ]
that were never even legally filed ?

9] What are the current costs + revenues of the part of wnbd
that is slightly owned by wnbd common shareholders ?

10] Why does wnbd have 5 BILLION Authorized common shares ;
and always has , as the common float has grown by 6X ,
from 0.2 Billion [~2 years ago] , to 'only' ~1.2 Billion
at the last 'update' [months ago] ?

11] Why is the wnbd TA gagged , and Always has been ?
It can't be a 'cost of answering phone calls' issue , because
it's easy + cheap to provide a daily-updated pre-Recorded
Message of current common shares , floating + restricted .

12] Why EXACTLY is it still important to keep hiding wnbd's
Financial + Share Structure FACTS from the 'competition' ;
and who EXACTLY are they ; in addition to wnbd common longs ?
We ~all know that NA's + 504/CD Investors + Lenders + etc's
~Always require those Basic DD Facts , with ~Monthly Updates.

13] Why EXACTLY did the wnbd CEO finally 'decide' to hire
his first-ever IR-guy ; after years of saying that he does
NOT like to promote the common stock price , and help the
flippers , at the direct expense of the buy+hold longs ?
And , what is the EXACT 'deal' for the IR-guy , who claims
to have gotten No Free Or Discount common shares , but only
may have bought some pink wnbd commons ? [If so , he's doing
OK ; especially if he flips between PR's , at accidentally
the ~'right' times.]
