and the wheels on the bus go round and round--nothing has changed on the asset sale - could go down any day-sale needs to happen before reorg. plan for tax benefits-sorry techy but you birds of a feather spin your heads together- reorg. plan getting pushed out is all good for the co. cemjq-and whats good for cemjq will be good for the PPS
