IMHO I am not being negative. Why shouldn't the investor know that the company has issued over 200 million shares of stock in the last 12 months? What is really different about what the Company is doing (ie: asking shareholders to increase the authorized shares to 1 billion and to authorize 100 million of blank check preferred stock) any different than what Epstein/Humphries were trying to do. The dilution to the average investor is the same. I have lost money investing in this company but I don't want anyone else to do the same, especially at my expense. I am only providing facts as they have been presented to me. As I stated, I did not attend or vote at the alternative shareholder meeting and I do not know the outcome but I do know that notices were mailed and that a meeting did occur.
