You are under the impression that liability insurance protects something? All any "general liability policy" does is protect and insure general business activitys, it does NOTHING to protect against frivoulous lawsuits, except hire an attorney, and most of the time not even that. So actions against a company are usually addressed out of pocket as far as attorneys expenses go, and this is nothing unusual, it pertains to ALL company's not just SPNG. Oh and don't get auto insurance and company general liability insurance confused, cause unlike auto, if a company loses a lawsuit, deep in the paper work the insurance company won't pay anything because "the company must have done something wrong" and we don't cover that. What I am saying in whole is that general liability insurance is a joke and no decision on trading or investment should EVER be based on any aspect of it.
