Disclaimers regarding being potential harmful to ages of children under 3 are prominently displayed. I ran it by our corporate attorney, and he said that while the disclaimer does not prevent frivolous lawsuits, he cited several recent suits that have been dismissed, with warnings of contempt of court if additional litigation was brought by plaintiffs.
