My hand finally healed from the dog bite, so I'm back to typing again with both hands. I haven't checked your math, but I think the larger issue may just be a loss of faith by shareholders. I think nicehit perhaps provided the best summary conclusion as to what is wrong in an earlier post, which was (paraphrasing) "to be wary of multiple companies, when investing in a company." For me, it wasn't until Wind River Development Company was introduced in a 141 PR that the light bulb finally had electricity flowing through it. Before your post, I had been going down the list of companies again to see what, if any new developments have taken place. Review the latest PR from 141 introducing TradeTablet.com again. Next, carefully note the administrative contact and more importantly the e-mail address for TradeTabet.com: strickland, paul: [e-mail] ? Notice that the crew has a company known as Algorithmic Trading Advisors LLC, which of course is still active and up to date in the State of Florida? (Note: I previously posted on Algorithmic Trading Advisors LLC in an earlier post providing all available info, and linking it back to activity in Texas) What bothers me is that if this were truly a 141 endevour, why use [e-mail] and not something that links TradeTablet.com to 141 such as a 141 e-mail address? Algorithmic Trading Advisors LLC has its own privately traded fund, Quantum which is affiliated with Fractal Finance is a subsidiary of Spooz and has its own CTA and was working on creating a brokerage account. Algorithmic Trading Advisors, Fractal Finance and Quantum are all still active and current with their state filings by the way. Is Algorithmic Trading Advisors LLC a subsidiary of Spooz, a subsidiary of 141, or is this just another company that is independent of Spooz and 141, owned by the crew once again?

I don't know how much the shareholders of 141 or Spooz will benefit, so long as the crew continues to have a strategy of maintaining seperate companies and a lack of accountability as the other companies are either LLC's or private companies where the stock isn't publicly traded. Bottom line: It smacks of a conflict of interest and fiduciary duty, without full disclosure.

Shareholders of 141 and Spooz appear to have provided much needed equity capital in good faith to fund what exactly?

Perhaps 141 or Spooz may see higher volumes and/or pps, but for now I've become very skeptical.

Just my opinion of course. I could be completely wrong on a number of issues, if only full disclosure would be provided.
