You said "If you flip, you will get burned", with no IMO. That was NOT a correct statement. From what I saw, flippers who sold at 7-8 and bought back today could have made a FORTUNE! Yes, they COULD get burned......in the future. I have seen this up and down many times, and will no longer refrain from flipping.
