Sheesh, you're so negative. What if Evans is actually withholding the share structure because he's planning to announce a share buyback or SS reduction? Just saying, there's two sides to everything. He's said numerous times he's not selling shares because his are all restricted, so unless you have some proof, your accusations are meaningless.

We will continue to trade in consolidation until the next leg up. This is healthy for the stock and no amount of bashing on our CEO will change anything.
