Furthermore, the CSD deal and all discussions between Edward and I were not of any insider information. For the record, everything stated (and posted) can also be found in company press releases, ie. PUBLIC INFORMATION.

I used to post screen shots of the emails, but found it quicker to copy/paste them. But don't worry, EVERY email is saved, so should you continue on, I'd be happy to post screenshots CONFIRMING they have been received FROM Edward.
