definitly not a myth. ive seen manipulation with big board stocks before. for example. I was in DNDN the first time around back in 2007 (or whatever it was) the current share price was something like $22/share as approval was anticipated. Just to cover my a$$ i put a stop loss in for like $15 just in case the FDA denied the drug while i was out at lunch. biggest mistake i ever made. i came back and found that somehow the MM's were are to drop the price to below my stop loss to grab my shares. once my stop loss was trigger it instantly rose back to $22... it literally dipped from $22 to $15 and back to $22 in less than 10 minutes.

c'mon. i can only imagine how many people got screwed that day
