I stand corrected that I thought there could be NO shorting of a penny stock in the US.

However with only that tiny number of shares available, hardly the 30 million Troy was LED to believe had been shorted, NSS or otherwise.

A legal short means that there must be a suitable long position available for shorting and there is not always that position available.

Someone else come in and fill in anything I may be missing on this.
