Why do they always get an immediate discount to market value?If the permit is comming and fianacing going well,screw them!Buy at the market price or offer a premium!What kind of deal is goimg on?I've never seen a slow buyout at below daily trading prices.We keep seeing projected stock price of 18-29 but management keeps allowing H to buy on the cheap,below current daily ask price ,why?They have inside info that is not being shared with us!Let me buy at 25% discount!Start calling and asking management what the ?
