Analysis:

a.) According to the PR dated 06/05/2009, Mr.Marshall accepted the post of President of Pinnacle Energy, Inc on 19th May, 2009. But Mr.Marshall executed a territory and purchase agreement with Methes on April 3rd, 2009. Hows that possible..........Hummm. That indicates that Mr.Marshall and Brian reached and agreement long time ago.

b.) Territory and Purchase agreement executed for Pinnacle Energy, Inc indicates that we are in for Biodiesel.

c. ) The news on ticker at SRE website was all meant for Pinnacle Energy, Inc
