Now that is total BS. You cannot ignore it because RECAF has a significant false negative. 15%. It you want a better analogy, lets take a six shot revolver and put one bullet in the cylinder. Now, spin the cylinder and put the gun to your head and pull the trigger. That is within 1.5% of the same odds as the patient possibly having cancer and skipping the biopsy because of a negative RECAF test. How many times are you willing to do the Russian Roulette trick?
NO, you are wrong. You cannot ignore the 15% false negatives that RECAF has. Do you finally get the picture or do you want it spelled out some other way?
