I was was hoping you could clarify two pieces of information from this post. First, you mention that there are no phantom shares, but at the same time, say that there is an "entrenched" short position of 200m+. In looking at the reported short interest figures, the stock never comes remotely close to the 200m figure. Given this, can't we assume that the position is in fact naked?

In addition, on several occasions you have written that there will be a large PR or two that will elevate us to the next exchange (buyout, merger, etc) any moment now. However, in the same post you mention that the company is not ready to go "primetime" until the 10K is filed in late August. Am I reading this wrong or are these statements contradicting each other?
