I talked with Julie Russo who is the SEC agent in charge of the BIHC case. She could not give me any information, so I asked is it a bad sign when investigations take this long. Her first response was "no, in fact it usually means nothing is wrong." I could be wrong but I took that she was giving me a hint. I hope so.
