The PR that sticks out as odd was the CEO announcing what a great buy this was at .07, you just don't see CEOs talking so specific like that very often. And on a related note, the only quick fix I see in our future is a PR announcing the Co. has been buying back shares. If .07 was such a screaming good deal, why not buy back at a 50% discount?
