So let me clarify... In the last publicly traded company that you were CEO of, during all of your major acquisitions, it was unheard of that last minute changes arose?

No one has lied here. ARTI and Vakser targeted yesterday for the PR, then email me to pass along the info that there was a delay at the bank...

So I'm quite confused who's lying and why this transparency from Artfest has caused you to sell?
