I think if you'll look back at some of the recent form 4s... they don't adhere precisely to this rule. They are close, but I believe they are often a day or two behind in filing. In another OTC company I have been involved with... they have gone MONTHS without filing... and I have yet to see/hear of the SEC doing ANYthing about it. I don't think this is strictly enforced... so I wouldn't be surprised to see some form 4s show up Monday or later, in fact.
