Scottrade has placed SPNG on their restricted list. However; you are permitted to buy the stock by phoning in your order.(at internet rate) I generally put in an order far below the bid. Once the Scottrade representative enters the order, it appears on my online account. I can then make adjustments I want. (Including changing size and price of my buy order.)
