(GSAE:OTCPK or the Company ) -http://www.greenstarae.com- is pleased to announce that it is moving towards compliance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and becoming a fully reporting entity. The Company plans to respond, this week, to the SEC request to file an amended Form 10. Subsequently, GSAE will obtain a listing on NASDAQ’s OTC Bulletin Board – a regulated quotation service that displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, market depth and volume information for over-the-counter securities.
