Longs have to be commited to fight, and fight hard, to put
their money where there mouth is, i dont like this 11th hour
situaton drago has put us in, I guess the worst case scenario
is that we sue him personally, and in that case we have to
hope that if he sells the patent he gets top dollar so there
is more for us to go after, but given how he is behaving all
he wants is a quick deal which means a lousy deal and much
less for us to divy up when and if we break him that might
be another reason for him to not go for the brass ring since
we might say that he only got say 5 million bucks which would
put the stock at 30 cents a share max and shareholders might
not have the wearwithall to get it together if his selling
price is not too high

I really think he's that stupid
