Don't recall seeing here: stockguru.com started "spotlight" coverage of EXPU on the 29th, see:

Fine print says they were compensated $16k but does not say if that was in cash or shares.

The truth is out the somewhere. If I had to make a bet, I'd wager this recent turn of events turns out to be insider liquidation, i.e. promo'd shares, &/or some owner/officer shares (to finance a project the wife/pres has going?). CEO needs to step up to the plate and get our share structure posted.

GLTAOU if these big volume days were nothing but massive share dilution. I did notice when I was radaring this in early/mid May, O/T was mentioned here by pumpers as 6s, then some reported 8s, and most recent rumor is 10s with estimates up to 12s. All pure speculation, but that official number in the two millions from EOY '08 was a major eye opener!
