dividend WILL continue to trade with each share till the ex-dividend date,which has not been stated, other than it will be before August 31st. Therefore it is NOT the last day to buy Buzz shares to get the dividend.

This is in fact the biggest crap I have ever heard. How can one trust in a company that is not even able/wiling to follow the law?

As of this morning the company is no longer debt free,
