As of this morning the company is no longer debt free, this morning a charge was taken over cash in the amount of $2.7 odd million for the dividend payable to shareholders.

It has been a busy time at Buzz Inc, the shift to Hong KOng as expected brought with it many new opportunities, Buzz FS can now count OTC, Nasdaq and Amex companies as clients. We are developing our own financial services brand in China and looking at the possibility of taking over a Caribbean Brokerage.

Buzz Shipping now has some of the worlds best Luxury Boats for sale and is negotiating a JV into the commercial shipping industry.

Web properties continue to gain in popularity, from Search to Live Trading News the numbers are growing daily. Our 1st digital magazine IQ has proven to be very popular.

Sutida has given Archer a magnificent start locally, Archer Asia is the co-producer of the Bangkok International Film Festival and is the Asian Agent for a long list of celebrities, there are several production deals under consideration, Archer AEMC will be making announcements on these matters.

On the mining front the first delivery was completed and production continues, we have added further to our Iron Ore reserves, Gold we have confirmed 350,000 ozs and await a full Geo report. We are discussing the take over of an Australian Company ASX listed with reserves of 4m ozs of Gold.

Releases will start July 8.
