I see CYDM just completed a 1-200 R/S. Perhaps the same is in the future for LGTT. That would knock the A/S from 2B to 10M and the O/S to 5M from 1B.

At 1 CYDM for 5 LGTT, 1M shares CYDM are needed for the divy.

I could see something like this happening, especially if dilution has been happening and there are, for example, really 1.5B O/S at this point. We'll know for sure when (IF!) they release updated share information.
