CM gave some good news right there IMHO. I don't want to see any fact sheet, letters or PR until they can contain some of the following:
- Cu concentrate is being milled at market standards or better and at a consistent, growing rate of at least 3,000 tons per day.
- CU conc. buyers are buying and have signed real contracts to buy Cu conc. at market rate
- Cash flow has reversed course; earnings are being retained; LT financing is established (i.e., not really needed any more).
- CPRK announces share re-purchase plan effective immediately and says it has $20M+ to put toward this.
- CPRK announces dividend schedule with the first x-div date the following week
- CPRK issues audited balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement
- CPRK establishes blog on website featuring periodic posts from mill operations manager, chem lab supervisor, mining operations supervisor, and sales representatives; blog to be independently moderated sans remuneration by Colorado1, eyeamgame and allyaustin
- CPRK announces firm, fixed date for initial listing on Toronto stock exchange; CPRK announces reverse split of 1:500 to coincide with initial exchange listing date
- CPRK announces settlement out of court with Pure Nickel for $1; judge smiles and issues statement that he was getting ready to throw it out of court anyway
- CPRK announces that attorney representing adjacent land owned by Candy B also settled with Pure Nickel for undisclosed millions. As part of settlement, PN admitted to and apologized for legal sloppiness and for intentionally inflicting pain and suffering
- CPRK announces offer from FiFieFoFum Copper to purchase 33% of company for 0.33 per share
- CPRK announc....
