Something to think about...
Been sitting here reading all the posts, charting, projecting and something popped into my head about today and ARTI...
Now, this is clearly only my opinion, but having talked to Edward via email on almost a daily basis, and having followed ARTI on many boards including this one for months, I find the following scenerio to make a lot of sense...
Now, it's been common knowledge for a couple months or so now that ARTI was to acquire CSD. We have seen in the last couple weeks that even in Artfest press releases that the acquisition would be complete and announced by today. Per Edwards email today, several investor groups have an interest in ARTI and have also been performing DD on the company.
Now, keep in mind that Edward is very business savy and reads these boards. For the past couple weeks, we all know that the CSD acquisition is either done or coming, Edward knows that the deal is either done or coming, and now several investor groups outside of ihub also know this... It's common knowledge.
EVERYONE and I mean everyone believes that today we get the announcement officially announcing the acquistion of CSD. Bond and Note holders who have agreed to .10 and .15 restricted shares believe this stock will spike, all of us here believe .02-.05 is the probable initial spike and very modest, and today we see 47 million in volume and an 80% day...
So why not delay the PR until tomorrow? It makes total sense to me, as long as it's released before or right after the opening bell... It makes sense to take an 80% day and save your PR to create another major spike tomorrow... Wondering if ARTI thought of that...somehow my guess is today went exactly as planned. Major buying all day in anticipation of the news... The email from Edward stating that ARTI and CSD were at the bank finalizing all the details and awaiting the bank signing off (which he knew I'd be posting here and would tie us over now knowing things might be delayed)...
Add to todays 47 million the fact that all kinds of volume alerts have been sent to many many investors. Add to that the fact that 80% gains in one day attract MAJOR attention. Add to that all of the buzz surrounding ARTI now. And lastly top it all off with an early morning PR to build MAJOR momentum before the bell... Again, I have no factual basis to this theory, but it makes sense...
Would be one hell of a smart and tactical business move by ARTI in helping to foster a second major day for the PPS... I don't know about you, but this seems 100% logical and I'm loving it!
