Sorry for the late reply, had to run out at 1:15 and get my son and just now getting back online. From the email I received from Edward earlier, I understand that ARTI and CSD were at the bank closing this out. My thought here is that the deal is now complete, and that ARTI has decided that rather then put out an after-hours PR they will release it before the market opens tomorrow.

Assuming that to be the case, I think we easily see another day tomorrow like we did today, which would put the PPS in the neighborhood of .01. I feel that the full effect of the press release will take 2-3 days to fully run this, imo to the .02-.05 range.
