Yes, Richard is ashamed of his own incompetence, does not want to fess up to bungling so much so badly and may or may not be too stupid to resign, we will find out very soon on that one.

Richard's got two choices now: either profess stupidity/incompetence and resign, or face allegations of complicity in breaches of fiduciary duty and other illegal contracts now clear for all to see by closely reading the recent 8k. This has now been made public by the company.
Richard's days are numbered, one way or the other.

Richard is a fall guy, only question now is which way he falls, voluntarily resigning his position in the company or involuntarily falling in an orange jumpsuit. He can save his skin but his window of opportunity to get clear will be closing soon. I bet his guts are all twisted up in knots this week.
I do not wish to see Richard destroyed, but if he doesn't get out while he can, he will be dragged through this. My bet is that he IS stupid enough to go down clutching his shares, which demise I will watch with morbid curiosity (not Schadenfreude). Everybody watches train wrecks.

CLYW needs someone to lead it out of this mess.
I DO want to see Cristian come back with a vengeance! Defamation of character is no trivial matter, especially when it's BS. I'd be doubly pissed (it happened twice)!
