There is far too much stock trading here on a daily basis for the restricted share count to be as high as the company has told people it is. This is a pretty good clue that a great deal of restricted could have been freed up illegally. Couple that with the stories floating around about bogus opinion letters and most people should see a very huge red flag flapping over this stock's trading symbol.
