PER CEO EMAIL - Today we will get our PR!

Chris, my people are meeting with the CSD bank as we speak…. As you may know, the bank has the last word on the sale approval, and it’s just a formality. Everyone knows that we want to close by month end . It’s been like wrangling cats, we meet the lawyers and bankers and sec accountants. Everything is done and as soon as the bank blesses the deal, we will announce. This should be today. It may even be after market, but we will close on the 30th as promised.
