I don't know what you mean when you say Zevalin is "crap." It is certainly the best drug in the world for NHL, according to all the analyses that I have seen and according to all the studies I have looked at. (You seem not to have read Dr. Lawrence Prio's comments or the reports from the American Society of Hematology.) If I or a loved one got stricken with NHL, I would insist that they/I be administered this treatment.

I doubt if you're aware also of the changes to the SPPI managment team in the last year, especially the addition of Dr. Andrew Sandler, who came over from Bayer.

My sense is that you don't know the company or the stock very well and are just looking at it from a short-term trading perspective, in which case your upside prediction may turn out to be accurate. It's hard to tell in this Market. The VNDA/DNDN/TTP effect could still be in place. I guess we'll know for sure on July 2.

I don't see the FDA decision at all as a make-or-break decision for the company, but for short-term share price fluctuation, it will certainly be important.
