A private company by definition will have alot less information on them available. The fact that they have been in business for over 50 years says volumes however, particularly when you couple that with the names that associated with them Target, Best Buy etc.
Those two alone should represent a large amount of volume. Infact if I remember right, when ZAGG started to hook up with those two it was the beginning of a long PPS run.
So if this private company executes a plan to get into a nice percentage of the 19,000 retail outlets including a few of the larger stores, this can not be interpreted as anything but good news
