Well Well, I see everybody here is still grumbling at each other.
It's time for a Reality Check. Just because Mr. Young is gone, does not mean UDHC shareholders should just disaper and be quite, Mr.Young made a lot of promises to a lot of people and did not follow through. Now it is up to Allen Richards to step in and follow up on those commitments, It does not matter who he sales SNV to, your going to get some VALUE (stock)for the Sale, thats more than you have now, and if he and Ed Hayter take it public it just might be worth something, if your not on board in a positave way you might consider jumping ship.
What UDHC shareholders need now is a clear understanding on where this new CEO is going with UDHC, it looks like they may let it go in the craper, and pick up SNV and run.
While everbody's been consentrating on Clayton, I'm sure the management has been making plans, and I do not see any benifits as far as UDHC shareholders current stock holdings, increasing in value (price), and being keep clearly informed.
I have done my 8 months research quietly and believe that Mr. Ed Hayter has been in control all along, and I further believe he is the one that dumped 18 million phantom shares on the market, not a divy screw up, but many of you have been blinded by your personal greed to not see what was happening, THINK about it, Were did 18 million free trading shares come from? How did Clayton obtain control of UDHC? Did he exchange free trading shares for the CEO position? If so hwo many did he give? and who did he give them to? These are some of the questions you should be asking between yourselfs, instead of bickering at each other.
This is a Reality Check!!!!!
