Question about UC selling through JEFF so MMs can cover.

This was posted as a theory recently and does explain why JEFF would have an endless supply of shares on the offer (the other explanation would be that UC is dumping shares through JEFF, but based on what has transpired thus far with Glenn, etc. I don't believe that).

So my question is: how can MMs cover with those shares, if the public is buying those shares?

Or does this theory imply that the MMs are actually "buying" shares on the open market like the rest of us, as opposed to accumulating through the bid?
