recall the 19th PR......licensing agreement with the city..nothing to do with the PBR or no major news announcement and we move up 80 percent.............

THIS PR metioned briefly the wet test...that should have been the focus....what they did, what they saw etc........ have to read it closely to see it... SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE TITLE..letting all who have not been on here knowing it was coming...details of it is what this PR should have provided...........

so that is why ctp.. i thought this PR at least provided some informration that was new

i think we see a shareholder update soon....imo
