Yesterday ptsh.inc released an information about following :

Mr. Peter Chin changed 160.000 pref.shares into 12 Mio common shares

Mr. Sandy Chin changed 160.000 pref.shares into 12 Mio common
shares

All together 24.000.000 Shares ....

Now there are two opportunities :

1. They have already sold this shares but this must be announced too.
2. They first will sell if pps grows up!

But i don´t see a way how to sell this shares without pr??? Am i wrong?
