Well it makes no sense to me why they would sign an agreement knowing full well they could not meet the obligations unless the plan was to default all along which should constitute fraud or theft by deception or however you want to word it. Hopefully the trash will get taken out and this company can then have a chance to succeed or fail on the merit of the patent not by CROOKS and IDIOTS.
