There are much better ways to invest and there are even better (much better) sub-pennies than this.
So...to all my bagholder ...er...shareholder ecolocrats I hope I'm wrong for your sake and that my ecoloinfomeister..Michael Biddick...lets the bomb go that shoots the ECOLOROCKET to the moon...I won't be on board however, and uhhhhh ROYIS.....Be careful Feds are watching the pinkie scams (not that ECCI is one????you decide).
