Not true....there's many other ways that don't involve shares...such as cash for example. Plus I'm pretty sure (not positive) that the management own a large number of shares they can use if they wanted to. Or a share buyback...

Just throwing other alternatives out there to think about, rather then throwing around those scary words you used =)

Bottom line....This stock has been on FIRE lately and we all see how easily it moves. Something is most def up here...that's for sure!
