Please interpret this as an inquiry. I am on vacation and don't have the time to sift through "news stories about M. J." in order to find substantive information.

I caught a micro-minute of the President’s speech.
The moment I did catch addressed "jobs creation" in the area of "upgrading the power grid" in order to allow re-newable energy sources to come on line.
Anyone out there have any clarification on this snippet?"
