Honestly: It seems that its an inside job

If its not an inside job then I am expected to believe that MD and all the board members who built this complex company from nothing but a dusty dream have suddenly all become total morons.

So either they are total morons or....

We are being taken for a bit of a ride because they are rearranging the company equity to something a little better in their favor.

1) We all understand that transparency would turn this stock around immediately in the several hundred percent increase way. So the only reason to let this situation occur and not go transparent is they have a vested interest in not stopping it.

2) I am almost positive that its insiders buying up the stock at a discount then blowing them out the door to buy some more. Whether this extra cash goes to the company or to line the insiders pockets is still unclear to me.

Did I mention BRUTALLY HONEST!
