well an office not to far from there that they were in which was 1500 sq ft was like 3-4 grand a month.. I find it hard to believe they'd jump up the monthly rent that much...

I know things are expensive in NYC but... that's a little too expensive.. per month this is like 21 grand ish.. sounds about right.. and note that was the asking price... my guess is that spng is paying less than the asking price..

Think about when you go to buy a house... Do you ever offer the full amount? no you try to get it for cheaper.. My guess thus is their rent is more like 18-20 a month...

but still this is 2 million plus investment... might change some ideas about if they are here to stay or not... maybe not... it did mine when it came out back in may..
