Hunt would not drill till they are paid up to date so money was raised and security of 10 million shares of stock was given in addition for security and good faith.
There is a lot more going on then you know about. Wait and see as it unfolds.
The key here is the SEC approval of the rights offering, and the transfer of $50,000,000 from a private party to Malcolm.
I also believe the SEL4 and SEL5 were refiled.

This is only my opinion. You should research before you invest to limit your risk. When you invest in pinks its all risk and most fail, Never risk more the 10% of your holdings in pink sheet stocks!
