And they plan on selling all of their 'assets' to a company that you have never heard the name of before that PR.

Does it not bother you that these 'acquisitions' occur almost daily here in pinky land and the shareholders almost always end up with nothing?

Does it not bother you that they completely unexpectingly increased the O/S by ~300% to aquire some old towers based in the US when their major focus is Chinese and Phillipino markets?
