The big block trades can be pre-arranged crosses between the MM's. I'm not saying someone isn't buying them, just that dilution is occurring and there is going to a much larger overhead on the stock if it tries to move north. These extra shares will weigh down any rally as they will need to be sold along the way. VERT is a known diluter. You never want to see him on the ask.
