8K out--shows what kind of people richard and drago are

we have to organize and deal w/ these people I updated the ibox
w/ a link to the 8K note specifically item "8.01 Other Items"
under Dave Williams info as director at top of Ibox, it
suggests that the dewine carlos drago deal is illegal, thats
why drago has done nothing so far, but now in the 8k (which I
have yet to go over thoroughly), drago has threatened to take
the patent in approximately 2 weeks
