It's like Deja Vu all over again...

An LOI for CYDM?
Ever wonder what goes on behind closed doors well before any public announcements, and what will be "inherited" after scratching the surface a bit??
Anyone notice the obligations of CYDM?...but more so, with whom those obligations are with?
EG: AJW Master Fund, New Millennium Capital Partners, AJW Partners, et al
...and who pulls those strings?...yikes!, not Corey Ribotsky again!
